InSite attends Swansea University Employability Skills Day

InSite recently attended Swansea’s College of Engineering Employability Skills Day in order to inspire young minds within the STEM subjects and give a taster of what life was like working in industry.

The company stand was incredibly popular and the InSite merchandise easily found willing recipients. Jean, Jon, Annabelle and Graeme answered questions and offered guidance to the engineers of the future whilst rubbing shoulders with other titans of industry such as Rolls Royce, Tata Steel and Atkins.

InSite assisted with mock interviews for the students to help prepare them for placement and graduate assessments, and also carried out interviews for prospective placements students of our own from the burgeoning talent Swansea has to offer.
