InSite Teams Complete Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon

Two InSite teams entered and successfully completed the Pembrokeshire Coast Triathlon on Saturday June 24th.  The course is renowned for being a tough event, even the open water swim was hilly!  Bragging rights were at stake and after just over 3 hours of swimming, cycling and running Jon, Andy and Tom finished first closely followed by Roy, Steve and Lee a few minutes later.

To reward all their hard work, InSite have donated £100 to Cardiac Risk in the Young http://www.c-r-y.org.uk/ – well done to both teams, great work!
