LNG Terminal MOC Support

CHALLENGE

An LNG re-gasificaiton terminal based in the United Kingdom required support in order to complete the Management of Change (MOC) of several site modifications.

SOLUTION

InSite Technical Services supplied a Senior Engineer to work on site supporting the client engineering team on a part time basis.  The Senior Engineer was specifically selected for this role due to extensive experience of implementing modifications on operating sites and adhering to Management of Change systems and processes.

OUTCOME

The backlog of Management of Change close out list was reduced significantly during the period of support.  It was reduced sufficiently to a level that the client engineering team could then manage with their day-to-day responsibilities.
