Raw Water Line Replacement

CHALLENGE

A refinery situated in the United Kingdom required a detailed engineering package for a project to replace existing underground water utility lines.

SOLUTION

InSite Technical Services project engineering team developed the detailed engineering deliverables from the client’s basis of design, including 3D model, piping isometrics, civil and structural and instrument and electrical drawings.

This also included detailed calculations for piping stress analysis, tank nozzle loadings, and civil & structural loadings.

• Project deliverables produced to a high standard, thus avoiding contractor Technical Queries or changes during construction.
